Scope note (M10, see docs/LIMITATIONS.md "As of M10"): "kill node" fully partitions that node from every peer — chaos-raft has no real dynamic membership/removal. The checker verdict only reflects the same continuous election-safety/state-machine-safety checks chaos-sim's test suite already runs, not a live linearizability/isolation check (chaos-check's checkers aren't wired to a running simulation yet). Per-link latency/clock-skew controls and disk corruption from the master prompt's M10 wishlist aren't implemented — RaftCluster keeps Raft's log in memory, not routed through SimDisk, yet.
